Association Dharma Canada
Dharma Canada
Association is a non-profit organization founded in March 2010 whose goal
is to organize events, such as workshops, seminars, conferences and group
meditations that foster a noble way of living, notably to bring about
peace, Universal Brotherhood and Self-Realization. Dharma means right
living; it is the eternal law of cosmic order, an enlightened way of
living for humanity at the individual as well the collective level. Dharma
Canada Association takes its inspiration based on the teachings of the
Indian sage, Sri Tathata whose mission is the upliftment of humanity by
returning Dharma in the Vedic tradition of practices thus raising it to
supreme consciousness.
This fall, members of Association Dharma Canada are offering Aisvara Yoga classes open to all.
Aisvara Yoga means to bring down the supreme light in one’ s life; Sri Tathata is offering us this practice as a response to the needs of human beings, at this present time. This practice is open to all, for first timers as well as those who have received formal initiations by Sri Tathata.
Be it underscored that those who take to regular practice of Aisvara Yoga, access a precious tool to overcome both suffering and limitations and help us to act consciously, integrating higher levels of awareness into our daily living.
Aisvara Yoga is a complete practice in itself that allows for the purification of our organism for enhanced accessing of greater levels of awareness and realization;
Aisvara yoga includes:
Postures accessible to all
Pranayama: Mastery of energy through the breath.
Meditation practice for inner peace.
Mantras : repetition of syllables or sacred words.
Bhajans : devotionals songs.
