Śrī Tathāta explained for the first time during the February 2009 Mahayaga that within a 24 hours day, there are five special times, gaps or “in between” moments, during which the cosmic light-energy manifests more intensely. These moments come:
- about 3 hours before sunrise,
- at the time of sunrise,
- at solar noon, sunset time,
- solar midnight.
The ideal thing is to do a short meditation at least at two or three of these time – at sunrise and sunset (and if you wish, solar noon as well).
Aiśvara Yoga means “bringing light down into life”. Aiśvara Yoga is a beautiful open to all group practice. It gives participants a chance to experience a special time of grace and allows them to let themselves be filled with high vibrations. It is also very comprehensive, as it combines mantra chanting (sacred sounds), breathing techniques, yoga body postures, singing and meditation. So each participant will always be able to find at least one exercise matching his tastes and needs. For those who participate regularly, Aiśvara Yoga will be a valuable tool enabling them to overcome their suffering and limitations and begin to bring a higher consciousness into their life.

The Gāyatrī mantra (Ṛgveda II-62-10) can be considered as the most important among all Vedic mantras. According to ancient tradition it used to be transmitted by the master to the disciple in secrecy, on the day of initiation. However it has started being spread to the public nowadays, with the idea that chanting it may help a very large number of people. It is a mantra of enlightenment and there are a great many translations for it. We can suggest the following one, adapted from a teaching by Śrī Tathāta on August 5, 2011:
Let us reconnect our 3 basic (physical, pranic and mental) bodies with the corresponding planes of the universe; may the energy of the sun awaken in us the Energy of the Ultimate [which it is a reflection of]; through meditation we invite this radiant glory to divinise us up to Divine Intelligence, full enlightenment.
